It was a chance for the Eagles to showcase their talents against an east side opponent on their turf. The Eagles would get off to a quick 5-0 start and would never look back. Northern would battle back at times but wouldn't get any closer than 7 at any point. The Eagles looked sluggish at times and were able to keep their lead from slipping away thanks in part to Jovaan Daniels who led the team with 20 points and 5 assists on the night. Also helping out was Alex Armstrong with 13 points and 7 rebounds and Levi VanderVeen with 12 points and 5 rebounds.
