The Eagles played a tough Rockford team on Friday night. They had a strong first half outscoring Rockford 24-21. Ryan Vanderbeek had 13 of her 16 points in the first half. In the third quarter Rockford was able to outscore Hudsonville 17-11. Lakelyn Weber scored all 8 of hers in the 3rd quarter. The Eagles battled the entire game, but Rockford was able to make the free throws down the stretch to protect their two point lead. The Eagles will play against East Kentwood on Tuesday at home.
